Cycle Mastery — Terms of Purchase & Use

1. What Cycle Mastery is (and isn’t)

Cycle Mastery is an online educational program offered by 2541104 Alberta Inc., an Alberta corporation operating as Hormonal Hales (“I”, “me” — Haley Campbell), that teaches Fertility Awareness — how to observe, chart, and interpret your own cycle biomarkers. It is education, not healthcare. The program also includes general, educational information about hormone health and everyday lifestyle habits. Some lessons or calls may include a guest expert or contractor I bring in. They teach within the same educational scope described here, and I remain responsible for the program.

I am a Fertility Awareness educator. I am not a physician, nurse, or licensed healthcare provider. Nothing in this program is medical advice, and nothing in it diagnoses, treats, or cures any condition. I won’t diagnose you, and I am not your birth control. Decisions about contraception, conception, and your health are yours, made in consultation with your own healthcare provider where appropriate.

2. Assumption of responsibility — contraceptive outcomes

Fertility Awareness methods depend on correct, consistent observation and interpretation by the person using them. No method of avoiding or achieving pregnancy is 100% effective. By purchasing, you acknowledge that: (a) you are responsible for how you apply what you learn; (b) an unintended pregnancy or a failure to conceive is not a defect of the program; and (c) Hormonal Hales is not liable for contraceptive or conception outcomes.

3. Access

Purchase grants one personal, non-transferable login. Access begins immediately at purchase. You have lifetime access to the Cycle Mastery course materials. This is access to the program itself, not to any particular software platform. I may move the program to a different hosting platform at any time, and your access continues there. If I ever retire the program entirely, I will give at least 60 days’ notice and make the core course materials available to you as downloadable files. Live support components are time-boxed as described in section 5.

4. Self-Paced tier — what’s included

The full Cycle Mastery course, a Read Your Body charting-app access code, plus four live group Q&A / chart-review calls across the support window (dates published in the Cohort Calendar inside the course). Group calls may be recorded for replay; an anonymous chart-submission option exists for anyone who prefers not to appear.

5. Supported tier — what’s included

Everything in Self-Paced, plus, for your cohort’s support window (approximately three months from cohort kickoff — exact start and end dates, call dates, any pause periods, and the final submission date are published in the Cohort Calendar inside the course and stated at purchase):

6. Payment

Prices are in USD. Pay-in-full and payment plans (3 payments for Supported, 2 for Self-Paced) are available; the payment plan total is slightly higher than pay-in-full. For payment plans: all installments are owed regardless of course progress or completion. If a scheduled installment fails, I’ll notify you by email; if it isn’t resolved within seven (7) days of that notice, course access may be suspended until payment resumes. Access is automatically restored once the outstanding installment is paid. Suspension does not cancel or reduce the total amount owed under your payment plan. Payments are processed by Stripe via Thinkific; Hormonal Hales does not store card numbers.

7. Refund policy — the do-the-work guarantee

This is a do-the-work guarantee, not a change-of-mind window. If, within 60 days of purchase, you have (a) completed the core lessons of all three phases (tracked automatically in the course platform), (b) charted one full cycle using what you learned, and (c) still don’t feel the program delivered what section 1 describes — email me your charted cycle and a sentence on what fell short, and you’ll receive a full refund. Refund requests without the completed work are not eligible. Payment-plan buyers who qualify are refunded what they’ve paid and remaining installments are cancelled.

Supported tier: the guarantee above applies to the program. For the support services, the support portion carries its own thirty (30) day window measured from cohort kickoff, run independently of the 60-day program-wide guarantee above: if you request a refund within that window, you’re refunded the support-tier premium in full, and Self-Paced’s guarantee terms then govern the rest of your purchase.

8. Intellectual property

All course materials are my intellectual property — held by 2541104 Alberta Inc. and licensed to you for personal use as described below. No sharing logins, redistributing materials, reselling, or using the materials to teach others commercially.

9. Conduct & community

Group calls involve other participants. Be respectful; what’s shared on calls stays on calls. I may remove anyone who commits a material breach of these Terms — including harassment of another participant or staff member, sharing confidential information from a session or another participant’s chart outside the group, or violating the intellectual-property restrictions in Section 8. Removal for a violation of these terms forfeits any refund, including under section 7.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, Hormonal Hales’ total liability for any claim connected to the program is limited to the amount you paid for it. This limitation does not apply to (a) gross negligence or willful misconduct, (b) breach of the confidentiality or intellectual-property obligations in Sections 8 and 9, or (c) any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of your jurisdiction of residence, including applicable consumer protection legislation.

11. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Alberta.

12. Privacy

Your personal information, including any health information you choose to share, is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, which you agree to alongside these terms. Depending on where you live, additional privacy laws may apply specifically to your health information — including Washington’s My Health My Data Act, Nevada’s Consumer Health Data Privacy Act, and, for Quebec residents, Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector. The Privacy Policy applies the same protections to every client regardless of jurisdiction.

13. Changes & contact

These terms may be updated for future cohorts; the version you agreed to at purchase governs your purchase. Severability: if any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Entire agreement: these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Hormonal Hales regarding the program, and supersede any prior discussions or agreements about it. Waiver: my failure to enforce any provision on one occasion is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later. Questions: hales@hormonalhales.com.
